1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing thealchemytrading.com or terminal.thealchemytrading.com, submitting an application, or purchasing any product or subscription from The Alchemy Trading (“The Alchemy”, “we”, “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Our Products & Services

The Alchemy offers two products:

  • The Alchemy Mentorship — a once-off lifetime membership providing access to course content, live trading sessions, Q&A calls, market analysis, trade ideas, and a private community. Access is granted upon successful application and payment.
  • The Alchemy Terminal — a monthly subscription providing access to the live member dashboard, daily market briefs, macro analysis, economic calendar, and Bloomberg Live TV. Subscriptions are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time.

3. Eligibility & Applications

Membership in The Alchemy Mentorship is by application only. Submitting an application does not guarantee access. We reserve the right to decline any application without reason. The application process is free of charge.

4. Payments

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By purchasing, you authorise Stripe to charge your payment method for the applicable amount.

  • Mentorship: a once-off payment (or agreed payment plan). Once access is granted, the payment is non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
  • Terminal: monthly subscription charged on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time and will retain access until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.

5. Intellectual Property

All content produced and distributed by The Alchemy — including but not limited to course materials, video recordings, market briefs, macro analysis, trade ideas, written commentary, and the Terminal platform itself — is the exclusive intellectual property of The Alchemy Trading.

Members are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to access and use this content for their own educational purposes only. You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, or redistribute any content to third parties
  • Share login credentials or grant access to non-members
  • Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit any content
  • Record or screenshot live sessions for redistribution

Breach of these terms will result in immediate termination of membership without refund.

6. Not Financial Advice

All content provided by The Alchemy — including market analysis, trade ideas, and educational materials — is for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any financial instrument.

Trading financial markets carries a significant risk of loss. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions. Past performance of any strategy or analysis discussed does not guarantee future results. Always conduct your own research and consult a qualified financial adviser before making trading decisions.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Alchemy Trading shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of our content or services, including any trading losses incurred as a result of acting on information provided through our platform.

8. Member Conduct

Members are expected to conduct themselves respectfully within The Alchemy community. We reserve the right to remove any member who engages in harassment, hate speech, spam, or behaviour that undermines the community, without refund.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use of our services after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Amsterdam.
